During a dangerous case with Sam and Dean something goes wrong and Castiel goes missing, this isn't like the other times Cas has disappeared, this is different, it's strange even for Cas. With Castiel gone Dean doesn't eat or sleep he just drinks and prays wondering if Cas can hear him. Day and night he checks the newspapers and police reports from every city, and county in the US for any sign of the trench coat angel. With no leads things become even more bleaker. Castiel is lost he doesn't know where he is or who he is. He just goes where his feet take him. He never eats or sleeps but he doesn't he have to, he doesn't know why he doesn't eat and it doesn't bother him much cause it would just slow him down. He remembers nothing about Sam or Dean or even himself for that matter, but something is itching at the wall in the back of his head trying to break through, it wants to get out but can't. He gets fragments of things every so often but they are of pain and torture and a redhead he doesn't know the name of. We pulled away, our eyes stuck on each others. I thought he was going to spare me but when I saw him lift his hand with the sword in it, I knew he wouldn't. The last words I heard him speak was "I'm sorry" before he sliced my throat, darkness closing in. This is not just destiel but has some sabriel +other ships involved This is all my work so don't steal it© I'll be editing soon so be patient (This book is horrible and the plot does not make sense at all. Bear in mind I was 14 when I wrote this)

The last thing he sees is Cas' horrified face, helpless to stop him from falling before the cold hits him, stabbing the air from his lungs with fingers like knives and stealing every thought in his brain. He was pulled from the water that day, but later, he would remember the exhilaration of the ride and the joy of the laughter and the fear of the fall and the cold of the water, and he would think that that's what loving Cas has always felt like. A constant back and forth of laughter and cold, of warmth and sickness, of love and hate. Loving Cas has never been easy, but falling for him has always been the easiest thing in the world.
