It follows the life of Ethan Claire Belmonte -- He is a second year student in a local high school. He's known in class as 'KenDoll-kun' due to his second name 'Claire'. He's silent and has this extremely carefree and happy-go-lucky behavior. Ethan Claire is obsessed with anime, manga, light novels, and dating simulator games to the point of closing himself up in his own room watching, streaming, reading and playing for three days straight without sleep.
