Harry Salisbury: the openly gay boy at school. No surprise, he gets bullied a lot. Depressed and heartsick, he feels that nobody cares about him - not even his friends. He bears the hatred and prejudice of every homophobe at his school, yet he bottles up all his emotions and never allows his true feelings to break through his convincing mask of calm and happiness.

Louis Williams: the popular 'jock' at school. He takes pride in his athletic physique but is considered conceited by some. He has girls falling at his feet and he loves it, he enjoys the way that they lust over him. Always surrounded by a group of friends and his favourite pastime is tormenting the 'fag'; Harry - making his life hell. All the guys want to be like him, it's that clichéd.

When these two opposite forces collide, both of their lives are shaken up. Thrown into a reality that is completely alien to either of them, will their hatred intensify or disappear altogether - to be replaced with something that neither of them saw coming?

#1 LGBTQ, GAY, BxB, BOYLOVE, HOMOEROTIC, & more || Take a trip back to the twenty-teens when Jason and Johnny, the high school football team's star players, come out on Facebook as gay lovers. All hell breaks loose in their small Appalachian town as the boys' lives, and those of some of their teammates who come out to them, are plunged into scrutiny and chaos as they struggle to be their authentic selves in a culture-war society that still demands they do not. Relive with 'Jacey' the amazing week in the summer of 2015 when they go from popular local heroes to the very center of the biggest scandal ever to hit town, having to face homophobic attacks, jealous rivals, an attempt on their lives, unexpected horrors from the Deep Web, and eventually ... murder, all while on their way to becoming nationwide Pride celebs via their social media 'Coming Out'. Praised by readers for its characters, realism, sensuous love scenes, and its strong subtext of queer theory, the book has been highly successful on several online sites. First posted onto Wattpad in 2016 and still going strong now in 2024, it has become an online LGBTQ classic. Copyright 2016, 2017, 2018 by Sanchez Mariano. All rights reserved. Cliché Beginnings

19 parts Complete

This story starts with Nicolas Pearson moving to a new school. This story will move on into him meeting Thomas Weiss, a "straight as a pole" and popular football jock who doesn't care about his existence, and developing a big time crush on him. Then, he'll find out he has a class with him and by destiny they'll have to partner up and work together for a project. Thomas will hate Nicolas after finding out he's gay but after spending some time with him, he'll magically fall for him and they fight some more because well, Tommy doesn't want to be "out" yet but they'll get over it and eventually be the best gay couple in the campus and they live happily ever after. Yup, that's Cliché Beginnings or should I say, how it should be; only instead, Thomas Weiss is the popular gay jock who'd set his eyes on the new straight kid, Nicolas Pearson.
