When it rains it pours is set early 2000's. A small urban boy is constantly moving. The moving is not by choice though its forcefully done. He is struggling to maintain balance in his everyday life. Being that he is only ten nobody listen.Its not all bad for this naive little child. Its just a cold world struggling to find warmth. He soon find refuge with a foster mom in living hell.
