What if you have two choices? Choices that will change your entire life. 

The first choice was to live peacefully with your loved ones. Although, they didn't love you back. You blindly believed that they loved you. 

The second choice was to save a nation. Although, you didn't have any of your loved ones. But, you will be granted a title of "Empress", trained as a strong mage and luxurious life. Sounds good, right? 

She is covered with roses. She is Lucy Heartfillia. And not every rose is pretty and nice, they also have thorns. 

Lucy Heartfillia is dragged between this two choices. She is betrayed and left behind by her comrades and goes to a mission she will never forget.
