"I was broken. Nothing, no one could fix me. Until you came into my life again. I wish I had gone with you that day instead of him. Because, now I can't imagine how I spent the previous years of my life without you by my side. You are my savior. You showed me that its okay to be broken and you showed me that I wasn't alone. You were with me. i love you for that. But I hate that I love you. I was never good with love. I'm scared that one day I'll wake up without you by my side. One day you will realize that you are better off without me and I don't want that day to come. Not now, not ever. I love you too much to let you go. I finally have a place in this world and that is next to you. You once said, 'Our mistakes compliment each other.' Truer words than these were never said before. Drink up~ the loneliness. Broken.~ Crushed.~ Shattered.~ Torn.~ Explore my deepest.. We have to lose grip and lose ourselves to realise things, accept the changes even if it takes someone so precious to let go and break you in pieces I remember being once a teenager and thinking I had no one to speak to. So I wrote my pain in poems, it did help but having to think my friends or Family would never understand. I was wrong. Mental health matters. Volume. IComplete
Love with strings detached
I put on a show only for him in front of hundreds of people. I bring one hand up to my hair flicking them to the other side, trailing that hand down to my sternum and then my boob as I keep swaying my hips from to side, bending my knees as I lower myself a bit to the ground before sharply standing up again and slowly spinning around, circling my hips. I run my hands through the back of my hair before nailing my gaze on his eyes, slowly walking up to him. I watch him as he wets his lips before biting his plumb bottom one, eyes trailing up my body. Once I reach him, I wrap my arms around his neck and run my fingers through his hair as I press my body up against his. His hands shoot out to grab me from my lower waist, pulling me even closer to him as he pushes a leg between mine, staring into my eyes. I turn my head to the side and brush my lips against his ear before licking and biting his earlobe the same way I did at the party before whispering a few words he was dying to hear. "Take me back to your place." ---------- Theo is a 20-year-old university student with a bad temper. Letting go of the past can be a difficult thing to do but a much-needed one to move on.
