What if the curse that created Storybrooke had never happened?
Emma could have been a princess, raised by two loving parents who would one day reclaim their kingdom from the Evil Queen. She could have met a handsome prince and become a queen herself.
But that wasn't in the stars for her.
When the curse failed, the Evil Queen found another way to get revenge on Snow White and her infuriating true love. She took their lives and left their infant daughter in the woods to die.
But she survived. She was forced to become a thief like her mother had once been, living in the woods and stealing to ensure her continued survival. Then one day she sneaks aboard a large ship to get at their provisions and finds herself caught by the notorious Captain Hook.
Will he be moved to spare her life? Or will Emma have to walk the plank?
