Its 1942. In Stalag Luft I. A German POW camp. 19 year old Jesse receives just one letter every week from Grace, his childhood sweetheart who he has not seen in 2 years. More phased from the devastation of ill-fated romance than the frightening realisation of war, Jesse choses to risk his life and his men rather than to risk losing her. An action romance, with factual references is told through the eyes of the man that's willing to risk everything but Grace.

This is a short original extract of my college coursework. It's currently being graded towards part of my A-level Creative Writing course and I'm intrigued to peoples opinions of it so please leave as much feedback as possible. Thank you.All Rights Reserved

The smooth life of a 19-year-old boy's life was going just fine until it goes into a different direction as a strange girl that is the same age as him, enters the young boy's life. This strange girl claims that he has been seen committing several crimes by a lot of eyewitnesses, but this person claims to know it was an imposter. An exact look-a-like, and offers a way out of what will undoubtedly be a very tricky situation. Sure of the truth in this situation, but somewhat distrustful of this strange girl, and the young boy hastily agrees to the proposal, it all feels very exciting, as if a big adventure was about to begin. But what if this strange girl is pulling a prank. Or what if this proposal is wrong or missing important details. How could an ordinary young guy like him end up in a situation like this? Time to find out for the better or for the worse himself. If this boy doesn't find out why he could end up in prison for years for something he doesn't ever even remember doing. It also turns out that the prison site isn't any ordinary site.
