I say abused as in bullied by people and abused by ex boyfriends not your family your family loves you. You're Y/N Brandt. You have a german mom and a russian father but you were born in America. You live in New Orleans Louisiana. You're 19 years old and starting a new job while getting your GED. You left public school in 10th grade due to extreme bullying and finished through home schooling. You have a homeschool diploma but wanna get a GED since most work places prefer a public highschool diploma or GED over a homeschool diploma. You just got your driver license and have an old white 2002 Chevy 4wheel drive truck you bought used from an old man who was saleing it personally. In school from Kindergarten-10th grade you were heavily bullied because of your weight seeing as you were a chubby kid all your life. You were always made fun of for being short and chubby or fat as kids called you. Even though you were extremely smart and got great grades a lot of kids made fun of you saying you were stupid,fat,ugly,worthless etc...All you have is your family. Your family always supports you and tries to make you happy. Your family loves you deeply but other than that you don't exactly have good friends and the guy your with isn't the nicest. You work at a small coffee/tea cafe for a nice woman named Charlotte. You have the evening into night shift. You work 4:45pm-midnight. The Marionetteʼs Puppeteer (Volume 1)
I don't know if I died or not, but the moment I regained my consciousness, I was already standing on a field full of grass and surrounded by trees. "W-what is that...?" A screen was floating in front of me. 「 Welcome, new adventurer! 」 "Adventur...rer?" But..... I'm so small! My body is the size of a 9 year old kid! And I don't even know what the hell happened to me. After I read some information on the screen, I was amazed that the world I was in was like a VRMMORPG. Magic exists and so does the level. "Huh?" When I look at my status, I'm not neither a mage that cast magic nor a swordsman that wields a sword, instead.... I'm a puppeteer! Will I survive in this new world despite knowing that I don't have a place to stay or food to eat? Note: This is more likely in Fantasy. Magic goes bruh broom brr. Also, there is some terms in this stories that is hard to understand like skills, ultimate skill, so read the prologue for that one. Shapeless Hero
Identity crisis? What's that? ---- An earthling's soul was born into an incompatible, human body. Their muscles misbehaved, their skin and body felt like a rigid shell, and their weak constitution left little options for any activities outside of paperwork, books and anything on a screen at home. Then the divine beings tried to correct the mistake and removed the mismatched soul from its unfitting body, slinging it to a distant world with a new body to control. The human flesh-prison replaced with the unlimited options of a shapeshifter, the soul has now a magic-filled world to explore. Grow fur for a mountain hike, grow gills and fins for a deep dive. It's time to catch up on decades worth of missed travels and activities. But who wants to deal with the flesh-craving predators called shapeshifters? Another global purge could start, if the freshly transferred soul shows its abilities too much. ---- The rankings are a mystery to me - especially after this story made it to No. 1 under the shapeshifter tag (and others). Welcome to fantasy amateur hours! This is my first time writing that kind of novel. Hopefully there's a bit of improvement along the way. Feel free to tell me what works or not! Occasionally drowning in irl-work, so chapters will be published semi-regularly, whenever I find some time to write. (Usually updated at least once per week.) Dochor, The Dragonborn
This is the backstory of my Dungeons and Dragons: Dochor. I've always wanted to play D&D. Before I even started playing, I already created my character, like way before. I always knew I wanted to play as a Dragonborn (They are just so cool okay). I will not say anything about the class (sorry, you'll read it in the story) This backstory has been in my head for a long time now, and thought why not write it down and share it.
