Cassidy Reynolds is human. Something rare in her city of Sira. Sira, and the other 5 major cities of the world (Called hubs) Are controlled by a superhuman species who named themselves Lookas.
200 years ago (Or 2015), this species of people were created in a lab, giving them magic wielding minds. The group quickly realized their superiority, and easily took over the Earth, killing or enslaving 80% of the human population. The other 20% fled to a satellite- But haven't been heard from since.
It is now 200 years into the future (2215). While Lookas are expected to obtain magical properties by the age of 6, human children, clearly, are not.
But then, there's Cassidy. Although she was born a human, she quickly realized she had hidden powers when she was 10 years old. Not only is an event like this unheard of- It's illegal. And Cassidy is a slave for the ruthless King Of Sira himself.
As Cassidy fights to hide her powers, figure out why she has them, and ultimately find her real father, a war between the remaining humans and Earth is coming. Cassidy is determined to stop the unavoidable war with the help of her fellow slaves- but while Cassidy is on the hunt for peace, She discovers something else about herself. She is different.
