*knock knock*
"police open up!" the cop was trying to make his voice deep, trying to hard.
At this point I was slowly opening my eye's when the voice repeated, even louder.
*Bang Bang Bang*
"Open up Mr. Tollas we know your in here."
My eye were open now and open wide, I start panicking even though I'm innocent. I quickly remove the covers from over me and start working my way to the back door as fast as i can without making noises they could hear.
"I know its early so ill give you a few more minute but in five minutes if your not at the door I'm gonna have to call back up."
This was a classic mistake this man at the door was the old cop in town not fit to chase someone if he seen them trying to escape. Also saying or I'm gonna have to call back up means hes alone so this was an easy escape. I grabbed the emergency bag I pack before encase this kind of thing happened.
I very quietly sneak out the back door and jump over the fence into the neighbors yard.
I here the cop yelling this time.
"OK, that;s it I'm coming in."
I start walking quickly cutting through back yards so no one will see me and notice the cops are at my house.
Where am i suppose to go now? I wonder to myself.

I woke to a sudden breeze invading the warmth from the heavy blanket that caressed my skin. Here, alone with my thoughts, the still, calm quiet in the atmosphere is almost painful.
