Struggling to pay for her mortgage after her flatmate left to live with her fiancé, the private, humble singleton, Olivia-May Barker, reluctantly puts up an advertisement for a lodger in the local newspaper and online, hoping for at least a quiet, decent individual that kept out of her way. However, as she waited for a response, she did not expect a handsome, curious stranger to whisk her away into a new world of experiments, danger and adventure, for which changed her forever.
Synopsis:
After escaping yet another perilous adventure, the Doctor and Clara soon find themselves trapped in the dwelling of a being from far beyond the perimeters of the known universe itself. But, how will they possibly be able to escape? And will Clara be pushed to her limits?
Note: This novella was written in Present Tense. I also apologise for the grammar error in the poster's title, as it says 'it's own' instead of 'its own'.
