In a world were children with special 'gifts' are taken away from their parents. The council puts them in 'Y.W.C.O.O.H.C.P.A.H.' an organisation that 'cures' those people from their 'gifts'. They experiment on those people and treat them like trash. Will a group of friends start a revolution?
