"You're my favourite galaxy" 18 year-old Maisie Richards knew she loved to write, but it wasn't until she discovered a poetry slam in the heart of her little city that she truly understood why she did. It was the metaphors, the imagery, the way words can create new worlds within ~ and without. Despite (or maybe because of) the pressure from those around her to focus on her grades and her future, maisie's heart wanders away down a path of poetic endeavours. She guiltily looks beyond her boyfriend of 4 years for the first time and falls for Travler Fitzgerald, a quirky, 21 year old poet who lives life the way she's been dreaming to live hers; spontaneously. Silly adventures, fluffy conversations, bad decisions and romantic poetry give maisie the lessons she needs to choose the path that she truly wants for herself. All the way through this story I'll be more than happy to see your feedback. Follow me for updates! Every read helps :)

"Please don't leave." he pleaded. His once arrogant, obnoxious, confident gaze looked so vulnerable, helpless and most of all like the young little boy I once knew. "I have to, I've warned you time and time again you will regret your playboy ways one day and it seems that day has come." I said softly looking into his lost looking, soft orbs of blue and grey.
