Rowan Dumbledore, also known as Row, is the niece of Albus Dumbledore, and a skilled metamorphmagus. Row's parents were killed during the first Wizarding War by Voldmort, she managed to survive for reasons unknown after being attacked at the age of 11 months, 10 minutes after the famous Harry Potter. All that she has now is a black and white rose on her wrist to prove it. 

Row is starting her first year at Hogwarts. Her Uncle already knows her fate but Rowan hasn't the slightest clue. Here's a hint.. it has to do with Harry Potter and He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.

Remus didn't even tell her that he was still alive until she was almost fifteen. She missed the boy, though she had only really known him for a year before James and Lily were gone. Emily wanted Harry taken in to her care once she was of age, but Dumbledore would not allow it. He believed Harry was safe with the Dursley family. So, Emily left to Romania with Charlie, but not for the same reason as Charlie. While Emily lived in Romania with Charlie, she did not follow the same career path. Charlie worked with dragons, and Emily decided to be a babysitter for wizards and witches. The money was great, which made her wonder why Dumbledore believed she was incompetent of raising Harry. She wanted him to have the best, but she'd never be able to see him. When she does finally meet him once again, not everything is going to be all sunshine and rainbows...
