Where's The Hero? (Revised Edition)

In a world where demon kings and heroes exist, for centuries the demon king had absolute rule and dominion. The Royal Family of Semesos knew summoning magic so they were tasked with summoning a hero from another world. But every single time they failed... no, to be precise, they succeeded in summoning a hero, but every time a hero appeared, he lacked "all" the characteristics that made a hero a hero.

So this is a world full of heroes that are conceited, arrogant, downright evil, bullies, perverts, etc.

The demon king Xyza was impressed that the heroes could be as ruthless as he was and was less harsh on the human nations of the world. He allowed the nations to rule in peace as long as there was a tribute made.... every week.

This is a story about what happened when the former demon king Xyza stepped down from his position and chose a successor to be the next demon king. And this demon king was pure evil. He wanted absolute power and wealth and a harem full of every woman in existence. He wasn't picky about women, he liked them in all varieties, beautiful and ugly all.

The nations combine their powers and research to complete a new summoning spell, and this time they hope to succeed in summoning a hero that can save them from the new demon king's iron fist rule.
