"Some worlds are real and some we create, but I will love you in every one." Years into the future advances in sleep technology allows people to control their dreams. Further advancements make it possible to even enter each others dreams. Theo wakes one day to find his crush / best friend has gone missing. He breaks into her apartment and finds clues that maybe she's been taken. He needs her to wake up and find her in the real world, but when he maneuvers his way and hacks himself into her current dream; it's way more than he bargained for. Maddie is trapped. In. Her. Own. Dreams. Can he rescue her and bring her back to reality? The deeper he goes trying to save her the more mysterious it gets. Time is running out and Theo needs to get the answers and get them out of there alive!

Is this really the correct answer-to leave my family, friends, and my normalness. I want to believe that I can manage that burden. Mary. "It's better when you don't think about it, but if you do-don't use some half ass reason to justify it." My life changed the moment I met you, and I swear to repay you for your kindness. Because you and everyone else are my family. There are people in this world who work in the shadows protecting everyone from the evils of the world and I was lucky enough to witness this first hand. --- I wrote these characters and the baseline of the story all the way back in 2nd grade. Now, 17 years later, I decided to actually turn it into a full flesh story. I will note that it may be somewhat confusing to read due to the way I write in this. But over time it will become easier.

In the world we live in today, speaking seems to be the only way one knows how to communicate; as if it is the only way to communicate- or is it? There are many unique children, scattered around the world, who are labelled as, "special needs", or "autistic", or ADHD. And these labels usually come with a negative stigma attached to them. But, what if- what if these children were just... different? What if these children are here, to show us a different, and more unique way of living. What if they are not in need, of "special attention"? What if they are just: special. This fictional (or is it?) short story , is geared to change your perception about these children, and your view point on communication, and the way we as human beings- speak.
