Dreamer: Phantom Of The Catacombs

My name is Dellioneth Hanson. I grew up into a family raised and trained to kill monsters.

The Baku Warriors, my family, have always been in this fight. Ever since the Phantom of the Catacombs have existed and even before that. Generation after generation have devoted themselves and risked everything to fight and keep the planet from falling into chaos.

The Phantoms of the Catacombs are a secret organization created to fight off the creatures called Akumu (Nightmare), decedent of Akumu no Kami (God of Nightmares) and originated from Japan. Those selected to be Phantoms are special. We can see the Akumu and for some reason they have a hard time invading our dreams.

Our family nickname, Baku, means Eater of Nightmares. It was given to us throughout the years because our bloodline is the oldest and,well, we really do eat them. Akumu are spirits and while other Phantoms must permanently wipe them out, our family consumes them. Or at least we used to. Now the idea is a tall tale. Now I am one of them. My endgame? Finding my brother, get revenge, and end this nonesense once and for all.
