Amara's father wants the best for him, a good life, an education, a stable income and the opportunities to prosper, as the monsoon season strikes once again and floods destroy their village and their livelihood in rural Cambodia, and they must decide between staying and braving the forces of nature, which threaten not only their farm, but their lives as well, or leaving for foreign lands across a treacherous sea toward a land of wealth and prosperity, Australia.
