Sixteen year old Kaylin Henessey, moved from Tennessee to canada because her mom is a music producer. she meets a guy, Chace who really gets her. They read the same books and take the same classes. But in her life she faces obsticles, she tries to help her brother get over the death of his girlfriend so she  sets him up with a girl at school who may not be the best influence. Meanwhile Chace's stepsister gets scouted by Kay's mom.
