Everyone in the small town of Asaca feared him, and he knew it. Everyone looked at him and murmured "creep" when he left his house, which nowadays was hardly ever. But if you were new to Asaca, you'd never know he was a weirdo. He dressed in suits- always, and his hair was always slicked back. Town rumors say not only did he murder his daughter and get away with it, but ever since then he's been killing the missing children from the area. Danielle had other theories. As the adventurous journalist she was, if he was really killing children she'd be the first to know. How far will she go, and what will she risk to prove Him innocent- or guilty?

It started with one unsolved murder. Then two. Three, four... Now their group is bigger than the American mafia. Perceiving a dark family secret in one of the most dreadful wars, Elizabeth gets dragged into a situation where there is no turning back. Keep in mind that English isn't my first language. Feel free to correct me for any misspellings or wrong grammar. The chapters get better over time as well. I still have a lot to learn and there a lot of space for improvement. ⚠️There will be some trigger warnings; - sexual tension - mention of blood and wounds - (possible) mature language - death - nightmares/terrors
