He finds a girl in a burnt village, and she is the only surviver. She has no memories beyond the last year of her life. But he has no idea that she's keeping secrets from him. 
 
Eragon doesn't know what to do, so he does the one thing Angela foretold he would never do: Return to Alagaësia
