AN URBAN NOVEL | Champion and Chanala- Mirrors could be deceiving. Are there people out there that look in the mirror and are truly happy with the person that they see in the reflective surface? 

Twenty-seven- year-old Champion Ortez McCoy wasn't too sure of that statement. Years of pointless relationships and friendships allowed for him to share mediocre connections with people that he thought were genuine and authentic, only for him to later uncover that the surface of someone was nothing but a layer that needed to be stripped away to reveal the true individual. 


When he comes across twenty-four- year-old Chanala Knights, a woman who is more like him in personality than he expected, he begins to question the value and practicality of life. The other side of the mirror, Past the Mirror, was the meat and flesh of the person that anyone would like to know.
