Tessa Jordan had a normal childhood. She had the best family any one could hope for - a slightly annoying younger brother named Stephan, the bane of her existence takes the form of her older sister Natalie, a mother that works the night shift, and a carefree aunt that literally could not hurt a fly.
However, when she turns 16, everything slightly shifts. Her mother gets killed by a civilian, and she, along with her 12 - year - old brother are left in the care of her older sister and Aunt.

A/N: This has an unconventional writing style. It is written by Tessa Jordan looking back, and is very much like a journal. That is why the chapter titles say Day (put number here). If you want something more serious,, and a totally different writing style, go check out my other book, When Thunder Rumbles. Thank you!

Soon it becomes apparent why: Mason is a werewolf. But when a fight turns into a sudden kiss that neither expects, Kieran's feelings for Mason turn to attraction in an instant. None of it makes sense - vampires and werewolves are supposed to be mortal enemies, so why does Kieran find Mason so irresistible? He knows that each kiss is dangerous, each bite is unpredictable...
