When city girl Casey moves to a small town in New York, she soon realizes that there's someone there who could change her life forever. He's the one she hears whispers of on the street. Like he's some kind of myth... People had obviously seen him and spoken to him before, but it was like he was gone just as quick as he was there... Or maybe never really there at all. She knows he's mysterious and cold, practically empty inside as if there's no emotion there.
