Annabelle was a typical rebel. She was lashing out at her parents after she found oout they were getting a divorce. But after her latest wild party, her dad brings his foot down and sentences her to a summer with her Nanny in Nashville, Tennessee. She used to love it there but that was a long time ago; she'd been a completely different person. The last thing she expected was to fall in love this summer, especially with the stable hand who's working for her Nanny. She later discovers that her inner country girl never really left. She also learns some shocking things about her families history and even her own parents' past.
