After not having a guardian for almost two decades, the Committee for the American Clan of Dragons finally decide to fill the position of Drace. What no one expected was for the Committee to make the mistake in announcing two guardians, especially when the first and only time this was attempted it ended in tragedy.
Once the decision is told to the clan, questions arise and relationships are rocked to their very core. Will the guardians be able to work together and hold off their enemies or will it once again end in heartbreaking tragedy that will have two well-known dragon families grieving? And what exactly does the Committee have planned for the new Guardians?
