America had come over to England's house (where a few tests were being run and stuff like that), trying to ignore England and Prussia's relationship. As he, Canada and Prussia worked in the basement to improve the time machine, America slips away and-being the person he is-accidentally ends up in 1689, London, England. During a World Meeting, countries noticed that the personification of England didn't attend. Most of them brushed it off thinking that he was just sick or didn't feel like coming and would be back at the second meeting. But they were wrong. They only have one way to leave, and that is to read. Through this book the true personality of the nations shine through.
