Katyusha was your average young woman in Russia, that was until June 22 when the Blitzkrieg of Russia began. Her town became war-torn and wanting to fight; she picked up arms with her grandfather's rifle.

Driven by revenge and hatred towards the Wehrmacht forces, her legacy and wraith were brought forth in its fullest.  The first female sniper ever to join the Russian ranks, she quickly became feared on the front as she earned her nickname, 'Die Jägerin.' 

This was her war, and her stories about survival, betrayal, and her brothers in arms that have fallen in the bloodiest, most desperate battles of WWII leading up to Berlin.All Rights Reserved
