Winter has come, and yet the war for the throne still rages on as violently as ever, as unlikely alliances are made, and others broken. The Queen Beyond the Sea had disappeared from her seat of power, the Night's Watch has lost its Lord Commander, sightings of dragons in the mountains have the townsfolk in a state of unrest and rumours of the King in the North surviving the Red Wedding has begun to take root in the North. With the Other's shifting the balance of the land, the only thing left to look forward to is a feast for dragons.

From my blood comes the prince who was promised he would be a song of ice and fire, and yet the dead could not hear the songs, the words of brave men, weeping mothers, and dying children. When you play the Game of Thrones, you win, or you die. However, the Night King had never played fair, and in the end, neither won. As Jon Snow lay dying after his victory, of which all life was the cost to obtain it, whether by magics or by gods, Jon Snow is given a second chance at life to change the fate of mankind. Reborn as Aemon Targaryen, son of Prince Daemon Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, and cursed to live through the Dance of Dragons. Jon Snow, now Aemon Targaryen, must prepare for the Long Night once more and pray to the gods that this time, his earlier interference may give the living a better chance at life. He must succeed where his ancestors have failed and ensure the dragons live past the dance so that when the Long Night comes, they may be enough to give the living the chance they were robbed of in his last life. Through it all, Jon Snow will show the world once more that Winter is coming, and with it comes Fire and Blood. When Winter comes once more, you'll hear no dragons roar. When the winter courses freeze and go foul, you'll hear no wolves howl. But once the Long Night comes once more to the lands, the breath of the northern dragon will burn them only like the icy cold can. I do not own Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon, nor the A Song of Ice and Fire universe and respective works, all rights are reserved for the respective owners of the respective works.

War is unpredictable, harsh, and definitely frightening. This holds true for those fighting in battles and those that suffer of dwindling recourses and oppression. As a soldier is on a routine patrol on a ship, a fierce storm starts to hit the ship. The soldier is thrown overboard and wakes up in world that was only real in books and on television. Find out how the soldier fares in the world of Ice and Fire. Will it be a blessing or a curse? ~ I do not own Game of Thrones; only my own characters and ideas ~ Inspired by Hendrikmark Mature content, read at your own discretion.
