Julie has been missing for just over 3 months and with the police already finding reason to call off the investigation, hopes of finding Julie are a long shot. Whereas Noah has spent a hell of a night out with his mates, until one of his friends drinks too much and wanders away from the pub. Noah goes out to search for his friend, only to find him keeling over a bush in the woods to then pass out. Whilst trying to pick up and drag his friend away, he spots something that could lead back to Julie's disappearance. Thinking that there could be a slight chance of Julie's reappearence, he begins to delve further into her case. But Noah has an upper hand that not many other people do. 
He knows her.

So when she suddenly gets kidnapped one day, she wonders what she had ever done to deserve this. She hadn't done anything wrong, at least she didn't think she did. But she learns that there is something about her that is special and that she is not only human. Meet Jared Gray, the person that kidnapped Isabelle because of her being his mate. He's been waiting since he was 16 to find his mate and now he's 22, about to give up on ever finding his mate. But when he smells her in a mall one day, he follows her home and decides to take what's his. Isabelle's life will never be the same again. At first, she is not willing to help as it will cause harm in her community, but later was convinced without apparent reason, to help him. She come up with a decision after she made a meditation for several days, calling her to help that man. They both went around the mountains, while along the road he finds her doing a meditation every day. One day, he accidentally touched her hand, but she gets mad, and said never to touch her again. He finds it weird with a petty reason she gets crazily mad. When he touched her, he feels some kinda unexplainable feeling, but he rejected it.
