When Luna went to a bar one Friday night, all she wanted was to forget her ex. Something she instantly did when she met that one person, who was about to turn her whole world upside down. Lucas lead her into the magical world that was right in front of her. He lead her into the world her parents had hidden from her all her life. Luna quickly learned that her parents weren't the people she believed them to be and all their secrets made them distance from each other more and more. Especially, when it turned out that her parents were deeply involved in the killing of thousand of people, something Lucas and Luna were trying to stop. They weren't alone on this way. There new friends were there, too. And just like that, one secret after the other was revealed. Some hurt less, some hurt more, and some just throw open a new box of questions. But none of them prepared them for their faith.

Trauma is something that very few people don't have. Life is hard. Now, imagine if your trauma gave you some "magical ability" that is related to it. Like Tommy, a boy who was abused, only to develop the ability to conjure rollerblades on his/other people's feet after he ran away. Or Zoey, a girl who grew up in a damaged home and has an ability of her own. But what's really special about her, is how she overcame it, and is now determined to help everyone she meets in this traumatic, yet colorful world.

Luna is a man who was born from a meteor that came from the moon which he soon called his 'father' and his mother was the earth which sustained him in his early years. Knowing that so long as there was a moon in the sky he would survive. Luna has soon become the oldest living being and shows up in folklore and stories that were passed among the generations making him almost God like. The years passed on and soon everyone imagined the great Luna as a girl. Luna did not mind however as he did look like a woman in his own opinion. However in the 21st century Luna's tale had been forgotten and people don't fear or worship him any longer as God. He lives day to day listening to world. However one night as he sits near a lake he heard the laughter of a group of teenagers. They speak of the old tales but twisting them. They make fun of Luna saying that 'she' was a whore that slept with the sun 'God' and would easily spread 'her' legs. This made Luna angry so he stood and cast a dark mist that crossed the lake and to the group. It surrounded the teens and soon captured them, transporting them to a island where Luna would teach them a lesson.

Like a fantasy, a dream come true. I hate to break it to you but that's unrealistic, untrue. The real world just isn't like that, for most people that is. There's the lucky few who are a part of that community, that live joyously in the magical realm, surrounded by magic every waking moment. That sounds fantastic, doesn't it? A living fairytale you could say. For most, yes. Then there's Luna. Luna, despite being involved in the magical realm, never belonged. She didn't have powers so was treated as an outcast, rejected by everyone including her own family. They shunned her and soon banished her from not just their home but the whole magical realm. Now she lives in the human world, going about her everyday life like an average person. She's left her previous life behind and that's just how she likes it. Unfortunately for her, you can't escape your past forever. No matter how much she protests, magic will always be a part of her life, hiding in the shadows, undetected but still there. All she wants to do is complete her final year of school without so many 'unusual' complications. As you're most likely aware, life never goes according to plan. Magic has always been a problem in her life and now it's back to haunt her. All that needs to be said is that she's not pleased. Can't the world just accept that she's ordinary?
