This is a story about a Shinigami girl. Her father is Satan a god of death and her mother was his weapon. Her name was Angel and she is god's daughter and a god of life.
Anyway. That way she had the abilities of god of deaths and lives. The Shinigami teen was so bored down there so her father sent her to the 'real' world. Satan told her to go to Death city because it's a city of a friend of his'. So she went to go to Earth. She has (as you guessed) OCD which leads to her weapon choice. She has two boys,twin brothers, as her partners. These two were living on the street and she bumped into them when she was taking a walk.

When the girl's six, she fully heard something and has been mentally growing older than she should have as she saved a lot of lives and buildings making her to be the CEO of the place until the owners wake up really, but on the first day of her high school day at four thirty AM, her mother killed her. Her Quirk's quick to keep her soul in her body cause she's bonded to her onii-chan by a Villain with the Quirk: Bonding. Between the two of them, they share Quirks and talk mentally to each other and if one dies, the other dies with them really.
