I stare at the man in front of me, his eyes wide from what I just did. Heck, I'm surprise too. The woman beside him stares at me in bewilderment, I narrow my eyes at her in challenge.
She slowly backs away, shaking her head in the process. "You...you are the kings son...no wonder you were chosen by that,That putrid thing!" she scowls at the amulet, I roll my eyes.

"Kill..." the low whispering voice trailed off into my head. I don't think the strange whispering voice came from anyone in the room. It was too loud; too abnormel; too deadly. Suddenly a cold shiver ran down my back making me scream and cry out for someone, something, anything. I want to be alone, somwhere dark, somewhere safe. I looked closer into her grayish, I think, eyes. They had evil tucked beneath fear in them.
