My Take On: The Landlady

So this is my interpretation of the story "The Landlady" by Roald Dahl, whom I think is an amazing author.
If you've read the short story, you'll know it ends pretty low key with no answer to what happens to Billy Weaver or the landlady, or what happened to Mr Mulholland or Mr Temple but in my version, I explore it a little bit more and have given it the ending I imagined. Call it what you will.
I kind of am just publishing it on Wattpad because it's for homework and I want it somewhere other than my computer because lord knows that things going to crash any day now.

What happens when you take the city girl and move her to the country? That's currently the situation that Elizabeth or Liz for short is facing. Her dad just died and her mom was seriously in a mid-life crisis which consisted of her mother thinking it would be a good idea to move back to her small hometown in the middle of hillbilly central to live in the house her grandma had left them in her will when she passed. Could Liz handle the new move, and leaving behind her glorious lifestyle and friends. The city was her home, how would she deal with fields and stars instead of tall buildings and lights. What would happen when the small towns champion bullrider took an interest in her, would she let all her walls she has spent her whole life building come down and let herself fall for him, or will she ignore him and do everything in her power to get back to her city of lights. So I'm planning to rewrite this story as I am unhappy with the way it turned out. The ending was rushed, it barely fits the description of a murder mystery, and it's been poorly written with little to no explanation on some details. I will rewrite it once it has been planned out. "Oh I..I'm I'm..?" The words wouldnt form. I backed up slowly as he cocked his head to the side, confusion on his face. Then he did the last thing I expected, he smiled.
