Evony Orléans, daughter of King Louis-Philippe d'Orléans, is not an ordinary girl. Being a princess can do that to a person. Unfortunately, being royalty isn't all fun and games, a hard truth that seems to keep punching her in the face. This is especially true with 10 siblings and a group of students starting a rebellion in the streets of France. Things get a lot worse when said rebellion's dashing leader catches her eyes, but what's a princess to do when in love with a rebel? Simple: Lead a double life. Will love win out or will the crown fall? Whatever she chooses, it will take incredible strength and courage, and between possible execution for treason, deadly barricades, and a couple assassins, she will have to be a lioness to come out of this alive. Jean Valjean leaves behind him his years of slavery and begins a new life. Then he adopts his daughters Cosette and Gabrielle, and his life truly begins. Cosette is innocent. She doesn't like hearing of fighting. She's the opposite of her sister Gabrielle. Gabrielle had her faults. She and Cosette had both had traumatic childhoods. Was she still getting over hers? Enjolras begins a revolution for the people. He wanted things to change for them. Why did he do it though? Courfeyrac was a young student revolutionary. He was in love though. Two friends, Marius (born in 1810) and Odette (born in 1813), grew up in the life of the luxury. Their wealth never clouded their judgement, and neither did their poverty when the money was stripped away from them. More like they were stripped away from the money. Odette's mother died when she was fairly young, and after her father remarried, he was shortly reported missing after heading off to battle. A cruel step-mother cut Odette out of the life her parents wanted her to grow up in, and she was forced to work in the streets from age thirteen in 1826 till 1829 when she was reunited with her best friend. And now she works to keep herself and her new found family going, whilst fighting. Fighting hard for a better shot at survival. But what if someone is one her mind?
