Connor Ball has been bullied all his life for being gay. His dad was abusive starting at age 9. He relied on his mum to help him through grade school, until she passed away when he was 15, and was left with his 12 year old sister. Their dad was arrested for domestic violence when he turned 16.
Connor is now 17, and and just starting his senior year. He still gets bullied, it's toned quite a bit, getting the rough shove into the lockers twice a day. But when a new student in his grade who goes by the name Brad shows up, everything changes.
