Feelings unreturned, many words left unsaid—a love unrequited.

~*~

Confessions, secrets, holding on and learning to let go.

~*~

Letters written but never sent, secrets spilled out and chains unbound—hopefully, letting it all out will set me free at last. I just hope you would all understand why I am who I am in the end.

Because when you love someone, you've got to make sacrifices. A whole lot of them. And you're gonna get hurt so damn much.

~*~

To the ones that had each stolen a piece of my heart, these letters are for you. I've never sent any of it to any of you, for fear of being hurt—but I got hurt all the same, anyway. You'll know it's for you when you read it. But for anonymity purposes, let's just call all of you...
Drew.

With love, Elena Summers.
