Phoebe. A perfect person. She has straight A's, she's the captain of the track team, and an optimistic. Her striking blue eyes and remarkable brown hair is her signature. That is until she found out her parents were getting divorced. Her grades dropped, she quit her extra curricular activities, and became a rule breaker. She formed a bubble, isolating herself.

With the exceptions of a few friends, of course.

Annmarie. Phoebe's extremely social best friend. She refuses to break the link between herself and Phoebe despite her change in attitude. She sports blonde hair, big brown eyes, and a perfect body. She's always looking for her soul mate.

Xander is Phoebe's overprotective brother. He's also a man whore. Sleeping around is his way of dealing with his parents' divorce. His black hair and ice-blue eyes are his ticket into any girl's pants.

Scott. A brown haired, green eyed neighbor of Phoebe's. They've known each other since he moved next door. He was her childhood friend and past crush.
