Shortly after leaving Earth in the 21st century, humanity settled on Echo in hopes of a fresh start. Instead, it entered a dark age. Fast forward 1200 years later. Aside from advances in weapons technology, progress has ground to a halt.
Government and corporations long ago merged into the oppressive authority known as the Regime. Military and police similarly merged into the Department of Enforcement. A war that has lasted over a thousand years still rages between Regime forces and a huge network of rebels known as the Dissidents. Despite having the inherent beauty of Old Earth, cityscapes cover over half the planet, pushing out the natural grace of Echo .
Hope lies within Atriya, a bitter and crippled former Enforcer. Only he has the potential to break Echo's cycle of ignorance and darkness. But before he can do this for the planet, he must do it within himself.

What was once a bright and happy world. Heroes keeping the peace. Soon plunged into darkness by the Villains. No more Heroes are left, no more law enforcement left to resist, leaving the villains to rule. They have created a system for the unwilling people to follow. It only takes one to break a system. We follow our hero who has had enough of the villains. But he'll have to free one area at a time. (Know that I'm doing the whole irl locations thing to the best of my ability. Years ago there was a blackout. One day all the lights went out. The cars stopped running. Electricity no longer existed. Nothing that ran on electricity works anymore. People panicked and tried to survive for as long as they could. Some made it out of cities the others stayed. Our government fell and militias took control. The Monroe militia took over. Then one day he found electricity again. He used it for bad and soon conquered the whole world. Years later our world now runs on electricity again. The Monroe militia is still in power and they force teens to go into an academy to train as merciless killers. This is where I go. One question I always have in mind is, In a world where hope is the only thing we have, Can love exist in the middle of all this war?Concluida
The Abyss of Time
Twenty years after the end of the Cyborg War, the last cyborgs try to hijack a starship on its way to terraform an alien world. They want the new colony to be a cyborg colony in which they will rebuild their strength and practice their way of life. During the fighting, though, the starship is damaged, so that instead of travelling light years across space it ends up a billion years in the future, alongside a planet Earth that is near the end of its life. The cyborgs, momentarily defeated, leave the ship in a captured landing craft and go down to the planet, but before they go, they sabotage the ship so that it is no longer able to support life. The crew have no choice but to follow them down to the planet, where they have to fight not just the cyborgs but also forms of life a billion years more evolved than humans. Creatures that have grown tough and hardy in an attempt to cope with the increasingly harsh conditions that prevail there. As if things weren't bad enough, there is conflict among the ship's crew as they fight to decide which of them will be in charge, and how they will meet the challenges facing them, and even if they survive all this they will still have to deal with the discovery of the ultimate fate that awaits all intelligent life in the universe...Concluida
