Book two in the series, continues on from 'In Love With A Criminal'. Dean and Roman continue sneaking around to be with each other, while each lives a double life. Tired of the FBI constantly ruining their plans, The Authority convinces rival family the Wyatts to kidnap Roman. In a rush to save Roman, Dean leaves his phone behind. Seth reaches out to Dean by text for his help finding Roman, but gets no response. Paige finds his phone and learns of Dean's secret, she takes the phone and telling no one. Dean finds and rescues Roman, but as they escape Dean's shot. Seth rushes to Roman, but before they can leave the hospital another Agent stops them, telling them because of Seth's phone call to their bosses Roman's not only off the case, but being investigated too. He's so hurt and leaves to the hotel, shutting Seth out. Meanwhile Paige takes care of Dean, and he tells her everything and she promises not to tell anyone. Will Dean and Roman's forbidden love be strong enough to last?
