A fall lands two thieves right in the middle of a war between the Nakuma clan and the rebels. Set in Japan during the Samurai period.

Sato Haku awakes to find himself pulled into the life of the royals. Nakuma Shin takes him in claiming with his pale skin, tipped jaw and light grey eyes that he is his brother's- the late Lord's- lost son, Nakuma Takashi. With his memory lost, Takashi can do nothing but try and fit in this new life but he can't help but feel that something is amis in the Nakuma household. Takashi feels he could actually see himself becoming used to this life but why do places he has never seen and a boy with green and brown eyes keep appearing in his dreams?

Some distance away, Itou Zurui awakes in a tent with a sword pointed right as his neck with his friend no where in sight. He had landed right into the hands of the rebels. Feared to be spy escape seems futile but as the attacks begin he sees his chance to get away. But what happens when he saves the Rebel leaders life? 

Fate has given them a cruel hand but from this unravels an adventure of treachery, friendship and love. One will rise...One will fall...By the sword.

The war looms ever closer, lies are coming undone and truths start to be revealed. Will the friends be able to unite and make it out of this alive?
