After escaping from the horror's of Remedy Michael Williams is arrested under suspicion of the murder of his step son James Williams. Apparently after claiming he was not the murderer of his step son and attempting to have his wife to back him up, Michael realizes that 75 years have passed since and everybody he once knew is dead. As a result Michael is classified as insane and thrown into a mental asylum near Remedy. But the insanity is not over.
