Aliens have landed. Their motives and objectives are unknown. Against them stand the men and women of XCOM: humanity's first, last, and best line of defense. They are elite. They have the best of the world's science behind them. And they will not be enough.
This story is based on the game XCOM: Enemy Unknown. The characters and events, including their survival, will be based on what the Random Number God gives me and what I can make of it, both in game terms and writing. And, of course, any comments you have, be they about writing style and technique or gameplay, go ahead and fire away.

For Luna, the girl hopes that space would be her escape from the aliens that destroyed their Earth, but that was only the beginning. Upon arrival, the ship is found infested. Luna and a small team of scientists had come in hopes for finding a cure for the strange virus, only to find the virus had taken over most of The Solar Sun, following a few escaped Irinauts.
