It didn't make sense even after a strange woman who introduced herself as Minerva McGonagall, told her she was a witch and a grave oversight had been made when Stella turned eleven. Now Stella had a letter that accepted her to a place called Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry. Even stranger is this large black dog has been following her around the last few days, it's really been freaking out her talking cat.
