Set in a post-apocalyptic medieval steampunk world, where our way of life is long forgotten. New cultures were formed, the main one being the brutal and unforgiving Elementals.

Ember, an orphan girl who is raised by an imaginary friend called Scarlet, or so she thinks Scarlet is all in her head.

When Embers peaceful world collides with that of the Elementals, she is forced into unknown territory. Will the cruelty, cannibalising, torturing and mass homicides overwhelm her, or make her stronger than she could have ever even imagined?

(This novel is under revision as of 2-5-19 up until I feel the true motivation to scrub through most of my older work. Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials.
