Our story contines with this, and we see how a child will break free from the safe and comfort of her fathers protection, continue on reading how a daughter, who's best friend was her her father and who she aspired to be, figure out that, once she's alone, she doesn't need someone to montor her every move.
A year has passed since Mason has joined SHEILD. Her and her father are still not talking, She accedently get's Teserac absobed into her body, Caption America has issues moving in with Mason, who can't remember the 314th number for pie, and to top it off she's dyeing.
Loki (a drama queen if you ask the Starks) has decided to take over the word like every other alien out there. The Avengers get called in.
The thing is, the Teserac has done somthing very funky to Mason. However bad she's hurt, the Teserac heals her (but for the Shrapnel). And she doesn't have to worry about failing ARC reactors now- the Teserac is killing her.
Her and her father meet for the 1st time in a year to save the world. But will someone be able to save Mason? (By the way it has a kinda diffrent ending from the orginal movie)

A Tale of Mischief and Mutants
When Samantha a mutant and X-man is rescued from her captors by S.H.I.E.L.D she finds comfort from an unlikely source. This story follows the relationship between my OC Samantha Howlett and everyone's favorite Jotun Loki Odinson. This is an AU where the X-men have existed in the MCU since the very beginning they are involved in the events that take place in the MCU such as the battle of New York and other "Avengers level threats." In this AU Thor Ragnarok goes down slightly differently with Thor loosing his hammer when he falls from the bifrost instead of it being broken by Hela. He finds it later and figures out its no match for Hela. Thor then goes to forge Stormbreaker which is also not strong enough and he's forced to allow Ragnarok to take place. Thanos is killed prior to 2018 so he never gets the infinity stones and most of the events in Infinity War and Endgame do not occur. In this AU Spider-Man has a public identity now and everyone's knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man. He didn't flip out like he does in the movies because Tony is there to help him through it. Magic works slightly differently than it does in the movies because I wrote this before some of the rules with it were established and it's too late to change it now for story reasons. There are also other differences that luckily can be explained away via the multiverse. Though I try to draw a lot of inspiration from the main MCU timeline and work with the continuity that gives me it's not always possible to do because of how this story needs to play out. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Strong language, violence, some sexual content (honestly not much more than a PG-13 movie would show) mentions and descriptions of physical abuse and sexual abuse. But when he stumbled quite literally into his target he realises he may be in over his head....both in this job and with her. Alex Cross is a mutated experiment and was supposed to be Canada's answer to Captain America, or at least that's what her POS father was promised when he sold her for 200,000. But it was a lie, and Alex became Shadow, a mutant with the ability to trap people, not in life but in their mind among a couple other unique challenges. When she spots someone interesting and follows him, she finds John Walker, a disgraced and also replacement Captain America. She decides to spare him, telling him her life story and seeing if maybe she can change his mind. For the fake Hydra that kept her for 20 years in the Siberian wilderness isn't quite dead, she missed one, and he's on a rampage.
