Long time ago, the earth was surrounded by the 13 Zodiac. Forming a shield of light that illuminates its skies. The barrier was indomitable. The earth knew peace as the light of the skies drove away the forces of darkness. 

But the force fell apart when Leo and Ophiuchus had a conflict. Forcing Ophiuchus to leave the circle. Unstable with its lessen power, the shield of light gradually got weaker and the darkness crawled all over the earth. Destroying most of its cities and depleting the population into thin levels.

The remaining 12 Zodiac decided to give their powers to 12 youths that was born under their sign, given the power to be able to save the world. Ophiuchus, determined to have his revenge on Leo and to take over the world does the same. With his power, he reserved a designated promise land where he will be reborn, with the help of the child born under an unspecified sign.
