Flower Steps
Something came to Gisselle, when she suddenly crashed into a car while driving, a guy was there, helping her and trying to heal her. She felt something in her hand, she could smell it. She had a flower held in her hand. "Keep it safe, you might need it for luck." The guy's voice was low and mysterious. "What for?" I said, my head felt unconscious and light headed, I felt like I don't remember anything and wanted to throw up because of being light headed. The guy hasn't respond, but I got up to the door and deciding that if I should go home or go to school in the middle of the day. A hand held my wrist, still holding the flower that was in my hand. "Not yet, I'm not done. You have a major bruise on your head, I'll get you some ice." I didn't want ice, I felt like I wanted to go home, but I stayed for a while because I don't know where had my car go or where to exit. How did I get here? What happened? Why am I here? I needed answers, but I guess I'll save it for the last.Complete
Reborn in TVD?!
I don't get it. I really don't. I died, I get that much. But waking up in a dark and squishy place, with absolutely NO ROOM to move, I DON'T GET. Let's recap. It was a regular day. I got up, ate, showered and went to work. I was a police officer. I was checking out a house call about domestic abuse. I didn't even get to knock on the door before a man bursted out screaming at a women about calling the pigs on him. The little soul - whole book
Once upon a time there was a little soul... It flew through the universe and was happy. Happy because it was there, simply because it existed. The little soul was very happy because everything here was incredibly beautiful, so peaceful, so "clear"- simply divine. It flew from one place to the other - as quick as a thought. It had barely imagined being somewhere, when it was already there. That's the way traveling worked here. Sometimes it made it pretty dizzy as it was still a quite inexperienced soul. Because of that, it preferred to ride a comet's tail from time to time to enjoy the slowness. It wouldn't have known that it was that happy if it hadn't taken a rest on a star sometimes. There it did it's favorite thing: watching the humans on earth. It had not been on earth yet. It didn't dare to as it thought the humans to be somewhat peculiar. She often asked herself why the humans lived the way they did. So far it had avoided to ask another, older, soul on that topic, although they all were always very kind and lovely with it. But every time it sat on the stars, it's curiosity grew bigger and bigger. "So" - it suddenly heard a voice. "Are you here again to wonder about the humans?" Surprised, the little soul took a look around and discovered another soul. Obviously the little soul had been so lost in its thoughts that it hadn't noticed this other soul.Complete
Saved By a Stranger
No one stopped to look. No one glanced in the alley I cried in. I was tired of this place, so tired of the endless days that stretched out before me. The emptiness in my heart was eating me alive, with no end in sight. My own darkness was swallowing me whole and leaving nothing alive. The tears froze on my bright red cheeks. After he removed the single bullet from my pistol, he handed it back to me, and left. I followed the man at a distance back to his apartment. He knew that I had followed him and waited at the door to let me in. For reasons I cannot explain I entered his tiny apartment. I fell asleep at the table playing with the bullet and woke up to my alarm the following morning. There was a pillow beneath my head, a blanket over my shoulders, and a note that read: "Dear Stranger..."Complete

I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. I fought and fought, but I was getting weaker, and colder. The pain was overbearing. I couldn't breathe. It was the worst pain imaginable; and as the hands that were around my neck were forcibly ripped off by some unknown force, I slipped deeper into the depths of the river. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away. The Rat King
My name is Nolan Moore and something special happened to me. Or at least that is what the psychiatrist calls it. I think it was disturbing, too horrific for words. What happened to me was something that keeps me up at night. Sometimes I lay in bed and stare at the ceiling for hours, even days.
