Okay I don't know if you guys saw the season premier but HOLY SHIT DEREK IS BACK I literally Cried when I saw him I thought I was dead Anyways, this is a fanfic of what if none of the main characters died or left, so Derek, George, Alex, Callie, Arizona, etc are still there and alive and COVID hits.
